This is not how I envisioned my life.

Things can’t go on like this! Something has to give.

It’s hard watching my parents lose their independence. They need me more and more these days and I can’t get anyone to help.  

The kids are grown and living their own lives. I used to feel needed. Now I feel lonely.

I was laid off, and I gave that job 20 years. Now they don’t need me.

I got fired. Who will hire me?

I did what I was supposed to do. I went to school and graduated from college. However, I can’t find a job, and I feel lost.
