What Should I Expect During My First Visit?
At your first session, you may be asked to complete paperwork if you have not done so online, so please come 15 minutes early if you need to complete paperwork. I will conduct an intake interview and ask you a series of questions to get an understanding of your concerns, challenges, and what you expect to get out of therapy.
How Long is Therapy?
Therapy is a personalized experience and people progress at different rates. Therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix. Therapy is a healing process that requires your participation, input, and effort and can be challenging and hard work. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behaviors and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring about transition, personal growth, healing, and happiness.
Do You Have Evening and Weekend Appointments?
Azure Personal Growth and Counseling offers Saturday and evening hours.
What is your Fee?
The fee ranges from $120 to $150 and full payment is due at the time of service.
Do You Take Insurance?
Azure Personal Growth and Counseling (Azure) accepts Highmark, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Federal Employee Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, United Health Care, Cash, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Health Savings Account, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
You will be provided with a receipt with the necessary information so that you can file for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company.
Please note: Azure is not a provider with Independent Blue Cross, Keystone First, or Magellan.
Cancellation Policy
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. Cancellations and rescheduled sessions will be subject to a Late Cancellation Fee if the therapist is NOT GIVEN AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. This fee is not reimbursable by your insurance company and will need to be paid in full at or before the time of your next session. Also, if you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
Where do I park?
There are two free parking lots for clients. One parking lot is in front of the building and the other parking lot is down the street.
