I can’t seem to turn off my brain.My mind is always racing.I want to stop worrying, but It’s hard for me to control my worrying.I can’t concentrate.My mind goes blank.I have no energy.I am having trouble sleeping.I sleep too much.I am gaining too much weight.I do not have an appetite, and I am losing too much weight.It is so difficult to get out of bed in the morning.Life is hard!
